Tiffany & Co.
Tiffany & Co. began in 1837 and instantly became known for their sophisticated style made for the elite class. Their founder, Charles Lewis Tiffany, would purchase precious diamonds and stones from Europe and bring them to the USA for purchase. Tiffany & Co. even set the standard for .925 sterling silver, which was adopted by the United States as the official grade of sterling silver. In 2015, Tiffany appointed the company’s first sustainability officer to work towards their mission of producing zero greenhouse gases by 2050. Today, classic Tiffany designs are worn by everyone and new and trendy pieces are constantly giving the brand an updated look and feel.
