Return Policies:

IN STORE:
Purchases made in store: ALL SALES FINAL! 

ONLINE RETURNS:
Eligible online returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery receipt in the same condition they were sent out. 

REQUEST A RETURN:
Request a return by emailing Rachel@edoubletake.com with your order number and item(s) you want to return. A shipping label can be provided via email and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively you can ship the item back yourself and provide us with the tracking information or bring it to our store. 

Eligible clothing, shoes, sunglasses, and belts purchased online can be returned for a refund back to the original form of payment.

Eligible handbags purchased online can be returned for store credit only. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns and/or store credits if the item(s) do not match the condition in which they were sent.

Not Eligible for Returns:
Bodysuits, swimsuits, intimates, jewelry, wallets, hats, scarves, miscellaneous accessories, items shipped after the 7 day return window, items purchased in store, items with security tag removed, items sold during 30% off or higher promotional sale, and final sale items. 

SHIPPING POLICIES:
Please allow 1 - 2 days processing time before your order ships while we confirm availability.

In the event of a return, the original cost of shipping will not be refunded. 

Customers are automatically sent a tracking number when the order is fulfilled, and are responsible for tracking the item in transit until delivery. DBLTKE is not responsible for missing packages that are shipped out or being shipped back if the carrier has provided delivery confirmation to the customer’s shipping address entered at checkout. If you believe your package is lost, email us for next steps.
